creepy...I always picture him as some sort of alligator-ish creature, but making him slightly human-looking makes him even creepier...and I love the atmosphere of the background, very spooky 19)

Great picture. Not quite how I pictured grendels, but it's still good. Unfortunately, I read book two of that series first, so I was utterly confused by it. ><;

Quite creepy, I must say. You are a master with watercolors and clearly know how to create a strong mood in your pictures. It'd probably be more creepy without Grendel's picture there, just because it doesn't leave much to our imagination like the misty swamp does. The skull with the Saxon helm is a great touch. Congrats on the mod's choice.
